Vendor Registration

Welcome to Vegas TCG Exchange's vendor registration page! Secure your table and showcase your inventory to collectors, enthusiasts, and competitive players. Spaces are limited, so register early to guarantee your spot.

Event Details

Join us for a premier trading card event featuring vendors from across the region. Fridays will have alcohol, which means no kids will be allowed in the event areas on this day. Saturdays kids are welcome, but there will be no alcohol in the event areas. There will be a break out room for casual play, raffles, trades, etc. Unregistered vendors will not be allowed to make sales in any event areas. All areas will be monitored by event staff. There will be raffles every hour!

Vendor Registration Overview

One (1) 6’ Table: $110 rent fee (1-day show) $220 rent fee (2-day show) • Table cover • Two (2) Chairs • WiFi • Electrical Outlets Accessibility within venue Table assignment(s) will be done at least 1 week before event day. Vendors will be notified via IG.
Vendor Rules & Regulations

• Registered vendors must be 18 years or older and present valid ID and confirmation email at check-in. • Two (2) Vendor ID per table will be given at check-in. Only those with Vendor ID may enter before/after show hours. No exceptions. • Vendors + staff limited to max 2 per table. If a 3rd Vendor ID is needed, notify Vegas TCG Exchange staff. • Advertisement of any sort is prohibited at the vendor table.
Setup & Breakdown

• Table, chairs, & tablecover will be setup prior to vendor arrival. • Vendors are responsible for setting up their own products on the designated setup day and time. • Vendor tables must remain as laid out by the Vegas TCG Exchange team. They cannot be rearranged. • Vendors must be fully set up before the event opens and remain intact until it concludes. • Breakdown is not permitted until the event has officially ended unless prior notification is given. • Vendors are only allowed to setup on assigned tables & designated areas. • Additional tables may not be added on the day of the event. • Vendors may bring one small rack per registered table. No added chairs or tables of any size.
Product Regulations

• Vendors will be expected to sell products specified on their registration form. • All items sold must be legal and comply with local, state, and federal laws. • Stolen, counterfeit or unauthorized merchandise is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and a ban from future events.
Conduct & Behavior

• Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times. • Harassment, discrimination, violence, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. • Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly space. Please leave your area free of trash. • Smoking, vaping and all drug substances are prohibited. Vendors caught with prohibited items will be escorted off premises immediately. No exceptions.
Insurance & Liability

• Vendors are responsible for obtaining liability insurance for their booth/designated space and merchandise. • The event organizers, venue host & event affiliates are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. • Personal recording devices are recommended for each vendor space as a deterrent and as evidence if needed.
Compliance with Event Staff

• Vendors must comply with all instructions and requests from event staff. • Failure to adhere to event rules may result in penalties, including removal from the event and/or being banned from future Vegas TCG Exchange events.
Reselling Tables

• Registered vendors are NOT PERMITTED to resell vendor tables unless preapproved by Vegas TCG Exchange with written notice. • All vendors must register via the Vendor Registration Form prior to the event, including anyone splitting a table. • Anyone caught reselling a table will be removed from the event and/or banned from future events. • Any changes to vendor information must be reported to the Vegas TCG Exchange team. • Vendor checks will be conducted throughout the show to ensure a fair marketplace for all.
Amendments

The event organizers reserve the right to amend these rules as necessary for the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
Agreement to Terms

By registering for the event, vendors agree to abide by these rules and regulations. • Participation as a vendor is subject to approval. Vegas TCG Exchange reserves the right to refuse or revoke vendor privileges at any time.
Payment Information

Table selection will be confirmed on a first pay, first receive basis. Table reservations are only guaranteed after full payment is received. A receipt will be emailed — check junk box if not received within 10 minutes.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, TRANSFERS, NOR DISCOUNTS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOWS, LEAVING EARLY AND/OR REMOVAL FROM THE EVENT FOR ANY REASON. • Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. • Vendors may be placed on a waitlist for the current event. • Vendors are welcome to apply for future shows where availability in their category may open.
Sponsorship

• Sponsors are required to donate a sealed product or graded card for raffles. • All sponsor donations will be advertised who donated them by business name / logo. • We can advertise your tables on screen. Please provide a business logo and any aditional information you'd like to display to VegasTCGExchange@gmail.com • Please note you may reply to your registration email with this information or when we reach out after registration acceptance.
